    *As of September 15, 2016 you must be registered in a Full time university program in audiology or a field of study related to communication health sciences and/or technology. Registrants should be prepared to demonstrate evidence of full time registration in a University program at the registration desk at the WCA2016 congress.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations received up to and including 5 p.m. PT, August 31, 2016 will receive a refund less an administration fee of $80 plus tax. Cancellations received after 5 p.m. PT, August 31, 2016 and no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the registration provider by email at wcareg@mci-group.com
MODIFICATIONS
  • An alternate attendee name may be substituted if you are unable to attend the congress. Changes can be made online by logging in to your account using the EXISTING USER LOGIN found on the Registration Welcome page. Modifications and substitutions are only subject to a CAD $60 plus tax administrative fee if you require assistance from the registration provider. Neither WCA2016 nor MCI Canada will transfer any fee or payment balances.
  • Any changes requiring assistance from the registration provider should be sent to wcareg@mci-group.com and may be subject to a CAD $60 plus tax administrative fee.
