All congress sessions will be held at the Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel Vancouver.

Certificates of Attendance will be available post-conference. Digital copies and additional details will be emailed to all attendees.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CONGRESS?
During the congress days, smart casual attire is preferred.
For the social program, smart casual attire is recommended for the welcome party and for the congress gala dinner lounge suit/evening wear is recommended.
WHAT IS THE CLIMATE FOR SEPTEMBER IN VANCOUVER?
Warmed by Pacific Ocean currents and protected by a range of mountains, Vancouver enjoys mild temperatures year-round. From low 20's Celsius (high 70's Fahrenheit) in summer to a mild 0º to 5ºC (mid 40's F) in winter, the climate is always hospitable. CAN I BRING EXTRA GUESTS TO THE SOCIAL EVENTS?
Yes, additional tickets can be purchased for the social functions.

DO I NEED TO WEAR A NAME BADGE?
Your name badge is your entry to the World Congress of Audiology 2016 sessions and trade exhibition. If you misplace your name badge, please see the MCI Group Canada Inc. staff at the registration desk.
Smoking is not permitted by law in public buildings, on public transit, in shopping malls, and in most restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and casinos. Many restaurants and other establishments have designated smoking areas such as patios or outside heated seating areas. Please smoke in designated areas only.
There is a 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) in effect in the province of British Columbia. There is also a non-refundable Provincial Sales Tax (PST), currently at 7% in British Columbia.
